MB acquired 51%
of Century
MB Holding acquired 51% of Century drilling and formed a holding
company, MB Century Holding. MB Century has 11 drilling Rigs
with annual revenues of US$ 110 million. MB Century brings
diversification to MB Petroleum Services in terms of rig fleet,
geographical markets and clients.
Petrogas signs 15 years Agreement on Rima
Petrogas has signed 15 years agreement with PDO and Oman Oil to
manage Small fields in Rima, Oman. Under the contract, Petrogas
will cost-effectively raise production levels at the Rima
cluster while at the same time be also responsible for overall
development of the cluster.
